State Minister for Peace meets Norwegian envoys to Afghanistan

The Special Representative of the President and the State Minister for Peace, Abdul Salaam Rahimy, met with Norwegian Special Representative for Afghanistan, Mr. Per Albert Ilsaas, and the Norwegian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Mr. Kjell Tormod Pettersen.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the peace process and relevant developments.
The Norwegian delegation praised Afghanistan's efforts in the peace process as valuable and announced support to the process.
Mr. Rahimy while thanking Norway for its comprehensive support in the peace talks and the country’s efforts in this regard, expressed hope that the country would continue to cooperate with Afghanistan with regards to peace in the future.
