The mediation, conflict resolution and peacebuilding training program ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants in the presence of officials of the State Ministry for Peace.
At the end of the training program, Dr. Alema, Acting Minister and Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Civil Society at the State Ministry for Peace, said: "Young’s are the building block of any society, and without a doubt, the future of peace and the development cycle of Afghanistan is in the hands of young people." Therefore, the program was launched with the aim of educating and educating university students and youth.
Dr. Alema added that the training programs of the Ministry of State for Peace will continue and that the Ministry is working to launch these programs in universities as well.
He also told participants that the government ministry for peace works with students and researchers working on peace and conflict resolution and provides them with scientific resources.
Dr. Alema called on young people and students to work and build a peace in Afghanistan, because leaving the country will not solve any problem.
Sayed Fahim Sorosh, Senior Advisor to the State Ministry for Peace and instructor of the training program, while appreciating the participants said that the program is to raise awareness and to get participants views on training in conflict resolution and mediation. 
Mohammad Halim Azad, a law and political science student at Kabul University and a participant in the training program, said the program was very effective in raising awareness in the community, especially for young about the future of peace in Afghanistan, and that they were able to learn the role of women in peacebuilding.
Zohra Rahmani, another student at a private university, said that the mediation, conflict resolution and peacebuilding training program is valuable to youth mental in the current context of Afghanistan because participants can work together to build peace in society by sharing ideas and learning new concepts.
In this training program, the concepts of mediation and peace building, experiences and methods of conflict resolution and the importance of the role and presence of different groups in the form of presentations and group activities were presented.
It is worth mentioning that this training program was organized by the Department of Women's Affairs of the State Ministry for Peace for three days and was attended by 50 students from 10 public and private universities in Kabul.
