The State Minister for Peace met with Uzbek Ambassador to Kabul

Abdul Salam Rahimy, Special Representative of the President and the State Minister for Peace met with Shadmanov Yadgarkhoja Makhamatovich, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Kabul.
In this meeting, the State Minister for Peace spoke about the creation of peace support group. He also talked about the coordination and cooperation of the international community in the Afghan peace process.
Mr. Rahimy expressed his gratitude for the support of Uzbekistan for the peace efforts in Afghanistan, saying that Uzbekistan had a constructive economic and regional relationship with Afghanistan.
The Uzbek Ambassador also welcomed the creation of an international group supporting the Afghan peace process and emphasized on his country's support for the Afghan peace process.
