State Minister for Peace met with USIP’s Country Director for Afghanistan

Seyed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, the State Minister for Peace and member of the negotiating team of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, met with Mr. Ehsan Zia, the Country Director of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) in Doha.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the recent incidents and other issues related to the Afghan peace process.

Mr. Ehsan Zia shed light on the USIP's peace-building programs.

The State Minister for Peace and the country director of USIP emphasized further cooperations between the State Ministry for Peace and the United States Institute of Peace (USIP).
