The State Minister for Peace Meets First Deputy Speaker of Wolesi Jirga

Sayed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, State Minister for Peace and Member of the Negotiation Team of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, met with Ahmad Jawid Jaihoon, First Deputy Speaker of the Wolesi Jirga of the National Assembly.
In this meeting, Mr. Jaihoon briefed the State Minister for Peace on the First Deputy Speaker Office’s plan to increase women’s role in the peace process.
Mr. Naderi welcomed the plan and stated that peace structures, particularly the State Ministry for Peace, will make great use of plans that accelerate and succeed the peace process.
