The State Minister for Peace has met with the second deputy of Wolesi Jirga
The Special Representative of the President and the State Minister for Peace Abdul Salam Rahimy has met with Ahmadshah Ramazan, the second deputy of the House of Commons or Wolesi Jirga and MP Abdul Zahir Salangi and MP Ali Akbar Qasemi.
The MPs sought information on the developments in the peace process and asked about the preparations of the government of Afghanistan.
The State Minister for Peace thanked the representatives of the people for endorsing the formation of SMP and shared information about the activities and efforts of the ministry.
Abdul Salam Rahimy said that the government is emphasizing on a ceasefire for the peace negotiations.
The representatives of the people reiterated their support for the peace efforts of the leadership of the government of Afghanistan.
