Opinions of all strata, including rural women, are important in the peace process
Habiba Sarabi, representing the human rights committee of the negotiating team, said in a meeting with a number of women who have launched the "Feminine Perspectives Campaign" on social media that the views of all strata, including rural women, are important and fundamental to the peace process.
Presenting information about the activities of the negotiating team, Ms. Sarabi, referring to the gap between women in the city and the countryside, said that the negotiating team will receive the views of all sections of society through numerous meetings.
She called on these women to work with the negotiating team to mobilize the people for peace.
Enumerating the goals and activities of the campaign, the participants stressed that the people of Afghanistan, especially women, should not remain silent; Rather, they need to raise their voices to preserve the rights and values they have achieved.
Expressing their support for the negotiating team, they said they were willing to cooperate fully with the team.
These women requested the negotiating team that the opinions of rural women must be heard in the peace process and during the negotiations.
