Biography of Malawi Enayatullah Baligh, Member of the Peace Negotiation Team of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

Mawlawi Enayatullah Baligh, the son of Qazi Zia-ul-Haq, was born in 1955 in Dehbabi village, in the center of Ka-pisa province. He completed his primary education at the Arabic College of Kabul till the twelfth grade and completed his higher education with a master's degree in the Department of Jurisprudence and Islamic Law at Kabul University.
Mawlawi Baligh worked in the jihadi offices from 1980 to 1992 as the director of the Kapisa Central Front, the deputy governor of Kapisa and the head of the Islamic Da'wah Secretariat in the office and trench both.
In 1992-1996, he served as the administrative director of the Ministry of Construction, and later the administrative director of urban planning and housing.
He is one of the founders of Al-Beroni University in Kapisa. Mawlawi Baligh has worked as the Vice Chancellor of Al-Beroni University in Kapisa, the President of Kabul University, the Chief of the Court of Appeal for Crimes against Internal and External Security, member of academic staff and member of the Special Court of Property.
Mr. Baligh is currently working as Professor at the Faculty of Sharia at Kabul University, a member of the Execu-tive Council of the Islamic Dawah Organisation of Afghanistan led by Professor Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf, a mem-ber of the he national Ulema Council of Afghanistan, a preacher at the Pul-e-Kheshti Mosque, an advisor to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, a member of International Union of Muslim Scholars, a mem-ber of the Negotiating Team of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Chairman of the Committee for the Analysis of Jurisprudential and Legal Issues of this team. 
He has also participated in peace conferences (Indonesia, Mecca, Islamabad and Qatar), scientific conferences of the International Union of Muslim Scholars in Istanbul, Islamic movements in Istanbul, the Al-Wastia Conference in Kuwait and has participated in a number of other scientific and political conferences. 
Mawlawi Enayatullah Baligh’s educational degree is Masters in Jurisprudence and Law from the Faculty of Sharia, Kabul University, his academic rank is Associate Professor and his government rank is beyond grade level posi-tion.
