The newly appointed heads and advisers of the State Ministry for Peace were introduced in a ceremony with the presence of Sayed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, the State Minister for Peace, Abdullah Khenjani, Deputy Minister of Coordination, Strategy & Policy, Dr. Alema, Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Civil Society, Ghulam Yahya Abbasy, Deputy Minister of administration and support, Advisors and Heads of the State Ministry for Peace. 
At the beginning, Bismillah Saed, Head of Human Resources directorate of the State Ministry for Peace, read out the decrees of the President Office regarding the appointment of the heads and advisers of the State Ministry for Peace.
After that, the newly appointed heads and advisers spoke about their education, previous background and experience. While appreciating the trust of His Excellency President, the High Council for National Reconciliation and the leadership of the State Ministry for Peace, they said that they will work committed to peace.
Ghulam Yahya Abbasy, Deputy Minister of Administration and Support of the State Ministry for Peace, congratulated them on their appointment and wished them success, and spoke about how the Deputy Minister supports the offices under the umbrella of the Ministry.
Sayed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, the State Minister for Peace, welcomed the new heads and advisers and said that the appointments were made on the basis of merit and are great human capital for the ministry.
He said, the State Ministry for Peace is proudly working to end a decades long war and replace it with peace, unity and reconciliation.
The State Minister for Peace expressed hope that the peace agreement would be signed and that all citizens would work in a peaceful environment on the country's economic, social and cultural development.
Mr. Naderi said the State Ministry for Peace is the connection bridge between the nation and peace structures, between the nation and the government, between different strata of society and government, and the connection point between the Taliban and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
Stating that the Peace movement is a holy movement, he stressed that all employees of this ministry should work for peace with a broad national and community-based vision, regardless of personal or political views.
