Dr. Alema, Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Civil Society of the State Ministry for Peace, met with Axel Zeidler, German Ambassador to Afghanistan.
In this meeting, they discussed issues related to the peace process and the meaningful inclusion of women in this process.
Dr. Alema, Deputy Minister for Human Rights and Civil Society of the State Ministry for Peace, emphasized women’s presence in the peace process and said that peace would not be achieved without women’s meaningful presence in this process.
Confirming Dr. Alema’s remarks on the need for women and vulnerable groups’ participation in the peace conference, German Ambassador Axel Zeidler said that the German government supports women’s legitimate demands in this process.
