A one-day advocacy dialogue program to support the values of women's rights in the peace process held by the Office of Human Rights and Civil Society of the State Ministry for Peace in cooperation with the German Association for International Cooperation (GIZ) and with the participation of officials from the High Council for National Reconciliation, female negotiating members of the Islamic Republic Afghanistan and officials from the State Ministry for Peace.
At the beginning, Dr. Alema, Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Civil Society, introduced the agenda of the program and said that the development of such programs in the current situation is very valuable for discussing value-based litigation and protection of women's rights in the peace process.
Dr. Malik Setiz, a peace researcher, while presenting the presentation, said: "Litigation has a special place from a value and legal point of view, and they believe in the well-being of others and take steps for the rule of law and civil rights."
He said: "By putting aside prejudice and accepting pluralism for litigation, we can work in our society and achieve success by observing ethics, realistic vision and responsibility." He also expressed the need for a technical group of women specialists working in legal analysis to work not only for political litigation, but also for legal litigation in the peace process.
Fawzia Kofi and Fatima Gailani, members of the negotiating team of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and Najiba Ayobi, member of leadership committee of the High Council for National Reconciliation, Spoke on the impact of civil society on politics, the institutionalization of the value-based role of women in politics and society and encouraging parties to work as a legal opposition.
At the end, Dr. Alema, Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Civil Society at the State Ministry for Peace, stating that the Deputy Minister has been working to prepare his strategic plan beside other activities. 
She also noted the importance of civil society and the role of women in the peace process, and said that there was a need to transform the actions of civil society and women from reactive to proactive.
In this program, litigation and its types, lobbying and its relationship with litigation were discussed in order to identify the key areas of the strategic plan of Deputy Ministry of Human Rights and Civil Society of the State Ministry for Peace.
